Where the two differ
- Kululu's price depends on a tier you choose in advance, based on how many guests and photos you expect; Galawall has one price that already includes unlimited photographs and video.
- Kululu's Pro plan adds moderation tools, so every upload can be approved before it is shown; Galawall shows photographs as they arrive, and the host can take any of them down afterwards.
- Both keep a paid album for about a year: Galawall for 365 days on its one plan, Kululu for one year on Pro and three months on Plus.
- Both generate a QR code and show a live wall of incoming photos with no app for guests to install.
When Kululu is the better choice
Kululu's free tier costs nothing and may suit a small birthday or family gathering that does not need much more than a hundred uploads. Its Pro plan's moderation tools are also worth a look for a large public event, such as a conference, where an organiser wants to approve photos before they appear on the wall.
When Galawall is the better choice
Pick Galawall when you would rather not forecast. Kululu's tiers ask you to guess the upload volume before the day, and guessing low is how a wall stops accepting photographs at eleven o'clock. One payment of $49 covers unlimited photographs and video, originals at full size, the whole album in one download and 365 days of storage — and the wall itself is the product here, not a feature on a higher tier.
