It carries on if the venue's wifi drops and retries on its own. iPhone HEIC files convert automatically, and photographs and videos up to 25 MB are accepted, all without an app or an account.

Choosing from the gallery lets a guest pick several photographs at once rather than one at a time. Taking a new photo opens the phone's own camera, so there is nothing unfamiliar about it.
From there, each file queues in the background. The guest can lock their phone or open another app, and the upload keeps going. If the connection drops for a moment, as it often does in a full room, it picks up again on its own rather than failing silently.

Most guests scan the QR code on the sign or the table card. Anyone whose phone will not scan, or who is reading a printed order of service instead, can type the short address written underneath it directly into a browser and reach the same page.
The same address works from an invitation, a wedding website, or a text message sent ahead of the day, so guests can start uploading before they even arrive.
